to read our FAQ section for answers to a large number of common questions.
Additionally, for new installations, you may find your needed driver in
the software area. For firmware updates, please see the OEM manufacturer's
website or contact us for more information.
In
order to expedite the processing of your Technical Support Request,
please fill out this
form completely and click the "Submit"
button
below. For warranty support or repair services, you may be requested
to fax a copy of your "Original Purchase Invoice" or "Original Packing
Slip". Once your request is processed, we will reply via email or call
you for faster service.
In the 'Support Request and Additional Info" box, please indicate your
preference - telephone call or email.
For non-warranty support, your proof-of-purchase is not required, however,
you may expedite your request by printing and faxing the Credit Card
Authorization Form (click here for
printable PDF version - requires Adobe
Acrobat Reader). If you do not have a fax machine, you may scan and email
the form back to support@micronet.com but
processing may be slightly delayed.

is not responsible for the loss of any data that might have been
on the drive, tapes, optical media or cartridge(s).
To protect your
data, backup regularly, use available utilities such as Defrag and
CheckDisk, and store important data in more than one location.
